Dancing in the Flowers

Painting given to Chantal. Many of the last paintings Merizon completed were given to daughter Chantal, as he was very blind and his work had slowed down drastically since Betty passed in 2008. He was now living with daughter René and her family at the Ludema Greenhouses, and was having a difficult time adjusting. His pallet was changing and his paintings were mostly intuitive. This one is lovely with the dancing figures. Joyful!
