Lake Michigan Coast Looking South
Lake Michigan from the early 1980's, looking south down the coastline. Signed lower right. Purchased as a wedding gift specifically for a young woman who wanted a Lake Michigan painting by Armand Merizon. She knew the artist from working at Towne and Country Pharmacy lunch counter where she waited on him almost daily for late morning coffee, a ritual of his for many years in the 1970's and '80's. He also made a portrait of her. See Karen Baar's portrait.
