Italian setting for an assorted grouping of people, both adults and children with exquisite architecture in the background. One of the people appears to be a friar or a person of religious intention. This painting is most likely influenced by Merizon's travels in Italy. The painting in is done in monochrome technique, on hard board.

It was purchased by Mark Merizon from a gentleman who resides in East Grand Rapids, MI in 2013.
